From Batroun, head to the main bus station located at the city center. Look for a bus heading towards Chekka or Tripoli. The fare is usually around 1,500 LBP. Once you board, inform the driver that you are going to Chekka Train Station. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. You should ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to the train station. After getting off, walk towards the direction of the train tracks; the station is a short walk from there.

Shared Taxi
You can find shared taxis (service) near the main square in Batroun. Look for a taxi that has passengers waiting to fill up. Once you are in, let the driver know you are heading to Chekka Train Station. The fare should be around 3,000 LBP per person. The ride will take around 20-25 minutes. The taxi will drop you off at the main road; from there, follow the signs or ask locals for the direction to the station, which is a short walk away.

If you are feeling adventurous and want to enjoy the scenery, you can walk from Batroun to Chekka Train Station. Start from the Batroun coastline and walk north along the main road. It’s about a 7 km walk, so be prepared for roughly 1.5 hours of walking. Keep an eye out for local shops and cafes where you can take a break. As you approach Chekka, follow the signs towards the train station, which will be on your left.
