If you're driving from Bsharri town center, head northeast on the main road (Road 21). Continue for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Qannoubine Valley. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will notice signs indicating the entrance to Qannoubine Valley. There is free parking available near the entrance.
