The palace will be on your right, located at MJ57+7MJ, Moukhtara. Parking is available near the entrance.

From the Chouf area, take a shared taxi (service taxi) heading towards Moukhtara. You can find these taxis at designated taxi stands or on the side of the road; make sure to confirm that the driver is going to Moukhtara. Once you arrive in Moukhtara, you may need to walk a short distance (approximately 10 minutes) to reach the palace, following signs or asking locals for directions.
