Walking
From the center of Deir el Qamar, start at the main square (Place de l'Eglise). Head northeast along the main road (Rue de la Mairie) towards the exit of the town. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Harissa. At this intersection, you will see signs pointing towards Harissa. Follow the signs and take the path leading uphill. This path is marked and should take you through some scenic areas. After about 15-20 minutes of walking uphill, you will arrive at the base of Harissa.
Public Transport
From Deir el Qamar, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the main square (Place de l'Eglise). Look for a bus heading towards Jounieh or Harissa. Buses in this area are usually marked with their destination on the front. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Harissa, and he will drop you off at the nearest stop. The journey should take around 30 minutes. From the bus stop, follow the signs leading to the Harissa site which is a short stroll from there.
