Assuming you're starting from the center of Jbeil, head north on the main road towards Byblos. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout at Byblos. Take the second exit at the roundabout to stay on the main road. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for the El (L Shaped) Temple on your left. Turn left onto the small road leading up to the temple. There is parking available nearby.

From the center of Jbeil, you can take a shared taxi (service) heading towards Byblos. These taxis usually leave from designated taxi stands. Inform the driver that you want to go to El (L Shaped) Temple or Byblos. The fare is approximately 2,000 to 5,000 LBP (Lebanese Pounds) depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Byblos, ask to be dropped off near the temple. The temple is within walking distance from the main road, and local signs will guide you.
