If you are in central Jounieh, start by walking towards the Jounieh Souks. Once there, locate the main road (Jounieh Highway) that runs parallel to the coast. Follow this road north until you reach the intersection with the Harissa Highway. At this point, you have two options: you can either continue walking along the Jounieh Highway to reach the base of the Harissa hill or take a local taxi or shared service to Harissa. If you choose to walk, it will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to reach the base of Harissa. Once you arrive at the base, look for the cable car station (Teleferique) to take you up to Harissa. The cable car ride is scenic and takes around 10-15 minutes. Upon arriving at the top, follow the signs to Amar Harissa - قمر, which is located on Harissa Highway.

From central Jounieh, head to the nearest bus station, which is located along the Jounieh Highway. Look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Harissa. Inform the driver of your destination, Amar Harissa - قمر, to ensure they drop you off at the correct location. The journey should take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Harissa, you may need to walk a short distance to get to the restaurant itself, which is located along Harissa Highway.

If you prefer a more scenic route, after reaching the base of Harissa, you can take the Teleferique (cable car). The cable car station is located near the main road. Purchase your ticket and enjoy the breathtaking views as you ascend. Upon reaching the top, you will be just a short walk away from Amar Harissa - قمر. Just follow the signs or ask locals for directions.
