If you are driving from Tripoli, take the M1 highway south towards Byblos. Follow the signs for Byblos, and as you approach the city, look for the exit towards Byblos town center. Once you exit, continue straight until you reach the old town area where the citadel is located. There is street parking available nearby, but it may require a small fee (around 1000 LBP per hour). The citadel itself is within walking distance from the parking area.

To reach Byblos Citadel via public transportation from Tripoli, you can take a shared taxi (service taxi) from the Tripoli bus station to Byblos. The fare should be approximately 5,000 LBP per person. Once you arrive in Byblos, head towards the old town area, which is a short walk from the taxi drop-off point. Follow the signs to the citadel, which is in close proximity to the harbor.

If you are already in Byblos, the citadel is easily accessible on foot. From the Byblos harbor, walk towards the old town area and look for signs pointing to Byblos Citadel. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes, and you will enjoy the beautiful sights of the town along the way.
