Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Sidon Sea Castle, head east towards the city center. Walk along the waterfront promenade which offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Continue straight until you reach the main square, known as 'Souk Al-Haraj.' Here, you'll find many shops and local vendors. From the square, take a right turn onto 'Al-Mansouriyyeh Street.' Follow this street for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to the Saida historical city on your left, marked by a large archway.

    If you are near the Sidon Soap Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto 'Al-Mansouriyyeh Street.' Walk straight for about 400 meters. You will pass by several cafes and shops. Keep an eye out for the signs leading to the Saida historical city. As you approach, you will see the historical structures and the entrance archway on your right.

    From the Sidon Fishing Port, head northeast along the waterfront. Walk for about 600 meters, enjoying the scenic views. Once you reach the main square ('Souk Al-Haraj'), turn left onto 'Al-Mansouriyyeh Street.' Continue walking for approximately 500 meters, and you will find the entrance to Saida historical city on your left.
