    Walking

    If you are starting from the Tripoli Souks, exit the souk area and head northwest towards Al-Mina Street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Syria Street. Turn left onto Syria Street and continue walking for another 5 minutes. You will see signs directing you to the Citadel on your right. Follow the signs and walk uphill for about 10 minutes to reach the entrance of Tripoli Citadel.

    From the Tripoli Clock Tower (located at the center of the city), walk north along Al-Nour Square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Al-Mina Street. Turn right and walk for approximately 15 minutes. Look for signs indicating the direction to Tripoli Citadel. You may need to navigate through some narrow streets; keep an eye out for the citadel's large walls. As you ascend the hill, you will arrive at the main entrance.

    Starting from the National Museum of Tripoli, exit the museum and head southeast towards Al-Hamra Street. Walk along Al-Hamra Street for about 7 minutes until you reach the intersection with Syria Street. Turn right and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will see a steep path leading up to the Citadel. Follow the path uphill for about 10 minutes to reach Tripoli Citadel.
