From the center of Mokhotlong, head northeast toward the Mokhotlong River. Cross the bridge over the river and continue straight on the main road. After approximately 800 meters, you will reach a fork; take the left path that leads slightly uphill. Continue walking for another 400 meters until you see a sign for the Ntlholohetsane SDA Church on your right. The church is located at coordinates P29R+GWQ.

If you are cycling, start from the Mokhotlong town square. Ride east along the main road towards the Mokhotlong River. Cross the bridge and keep going straight for about 800 meters. When you reach a fork in the road, take the left route that inclines slightly upwards. Continue for another 400 meters, and you will find the Ntlholohetsane SDA Church on your right side at P29R+GWQ.
