From the center of Buchanan, head towards the waterfront. Walk along the main road that runs parallel to the coast. Keep the ocean on your left as you walk eastward. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection near the Buchanan Port. At the intersection, take a right onto the road leading towards the Grand Bassa Point Light. Follow this road for about 800 meters; you will see the lighthouse in the distance. As you approach, the path may become less paved, but it will lead you directly to the Grand Bassa Point Light.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the central area of Buchanan and head towards the coastal road. Cycle along the waterfront road, keeping the ocean on your left. After covering about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection by the Buchanan Port. Turn right towards the Grand Bassa Point Light and continue cycling for about 800 meters. The road may be bumpy towards the end, but it will lead you to the lighthouse.
