If you are starting from the National Museum of Liberia, head southeast on 4th Street toward Broad Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Carey Street. Turn left onto Carey Street and walk for about 300 meters. At the intersection, turn right onto 9th Street. Continue walking for another 400 meters and you will arrive at the Joseph J. Roberts Monument, which is located at the coordinates 6.3199° N, 10.8135° W.

Starting from the famous Providence Island, exit the island and head west toward the bridge. Cross the bridge and keep walking straight on 1st Street. Continue until you reach 9th Street, then turn left. Walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you see the Joseph J. Roberts Monument on your left side.

If you're near the Executive Mansion, start by heading north on 15th Street. After about 600 meters, turn right onto Broad Street. Continue straight on Broad Street for about 800 meters, passing several shops and restaurants. When you reach the junction with 9th Street, turn left. The Joseph J. Roberts Monument will be on your right after a short walk.
