Start from the center of Benghazi, near the main square (Martyrs' Square). From there, head southwest on Omar Mukhtar Street, a major thoroughfare. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al-Mansura Street. Turn left onto Al-Mansura Street and continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. After this distance, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Al-Jalaa Street and keep walking for about 800 meters. After this, you will see signs directing you to the Basilica of Justinian.

From the main bus station in Benghazi, look for a bus heading towards Sabratah or any bus that stops at Al-Jalaa Street. The bus ride should take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the stop nearest to Al-Jalaa Street, disembark and walk towards the Basilica of Justinian. Follow the local signs directing you to the historical site, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
