The Heidiland Tourism AG Infostelle is centrally located in Bad Ragaz at Am Pl. 1, making it easily accessible on foot from most points in the town center. From the main train station, walk south along Bahnhofstrasse, then turn left onto Am Platz. The Infostelle will be on your right, a short walk from Bernhard Simon Square. There are no costs associated with walking to the Infostelle.

The Infostelle is easily accessible by local bus. From the Bad Ragaz train station, take bus line 456 towards Pizolbahn and get off at the Bad Ragaz, Zentrum stop, which is right next to Am Platz. The local bus service is integrated into the Ostwind fare network, and a single ticket within zone 382 costs approximately CHF 3.00. The bus runs every half hour during the day.
