    Start at the Balzers train station (Bahnhof Balzers). Exit the station and head north on Landstrasse (the main road). Continue walking on Landstrasse for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Vaduzerstrasse. Turn left onto Vaduzerstrasse and continue walking straight. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding hills and the Rhine River. After about 1 kilometer, you will arrive at the edge of Vaduz. From here, follow the signs towards Vaduz Castle. The castle is located on a hill, so you will need to walk uphill on Bergstrasse for about 500 meters. The castle will be visible as you approach, located at Bergstrasse 2, 9490 Vaduz.

    From Balzers, walk to the nearest bus stop on Landstrasse, which is 'Balzers, Post'. Catch the bus line 11 towards Vaduz. The bus will take you directly to the center of Vaduz. After about 10 minutes, alight at 'Vaduz, Post'. From the bus stop, walk up Bergstrasse for about 500 meters. The castle will be visible as you approach, located at Bergstrasse 2, 9490 Vaduz.
