If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Planken. Head east on Hauptstraße (Main Street) towards the junction with Landstraße (Road No. 1). Turn left onto Landstraße. Continue on Landstraße for about 5 km; you will reach a fork. Keep right to stay on Landstraße, which will lead you towards Silum. Follow the road signs directing you to Silum. Once in Silum, look for parking areas near the trailhead leading to Fürstensteig. Parking may incur a fee of around CHF 5 for the day.

Public Transportation
To reach Fürstensteig using public transportation, start from the Planken bus stop. Take bus line 12 towards Vaduz. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Silum bus stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards the Fürstensteig trailhead. The hike to Fürstensteig will take about 30 minutes. Note that bus tickets cost around CHF 2.50 for a single journey.
