    From Sargans, take the Bus Ostschweiz, line 429, in the direction of Vilters. The bus departs from Sargans, Bahnhof (train station), and arrives at Vilters, Zentrum (center), with services running approximately every 20 minutes. The bus journey takes about 6 minutes. From Vilters, Zentrum, it is approximately a 10-minute walk along Rationenstrasse to reach Saarfall. A single fare for a short trip should cost a few Swiss francs.

    From Augstenberg Trail, drive south on the main road towards Vilters. Follow the signs for Vilters and continue until you reach Rationenstrasse. Turn onto Rationenstrasse and drive until you reach Saarfall at Rationenstrasse 22, 7324 Vilters, Switzerland. Parking is available near the Pizol cable car station (Pizolbahnen). Parking costs CHF 5.00 per day.
