Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Schaan, start by heading towards the Schaan Post Office. From there, walk towards the main road, Landstrasse. Once you reach Landstrasse, turn left and continue walking straight. You will cross over into Switzerland as you head towards St. Gallen. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Vadian Denkmal on Marktgasse, which is easily identifiable due to its historical significance.

    From Schaan, walk to the Schaan-Vaduz train station. Take the train towards Sargans and disembark at St. Gallen station. Once you arrive at St. Gallen station, exit the station and head northeast on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Marktgasse. Turn left onto Marktgasse and walk for about 5 minutes. The Vadian Denkmal will be on your right, located prominently on the street.
