If you are driving from Dzūkija, take the A1 highway towards Kaunas. The journey should take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Kaunas, follow the signs for the city center. As you approach the city, you will want to exit onto Maironio g. and then turn onto Pilies g. to reach Kaunas Castle at Pilies g. 17, Kaunas, 44275. Parking may be available nearby, but check for any parking fees.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from any major town in Dzūkija to Kaunas. The bus service is frequent, and tickets can be purchased at the station or online. If walking, head south on Vytauto pr. and continue straight until you reach Maironio g., then turn left. Follow Maironio g. to Pilies g. where the castle is located.
