Start at the Jonava town center, near the Jonava Culture Center. From there, head southeast on Kauno g. (Kaunas Street) for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Panerių g. (Panerių Street). Turn right onto Panerių g. and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. The Partizanų memorialas will be on your left at Panerių g. 16. Look for the memorial as you approach, it is a significant historical landmark.

From Jonava bus station, take bus number 2 towards 'Kaimynai'. This bus will take you along routes that will get you closer to the memorial. Disembark at the 'Panerių g.' stop. From the bus stop, walk about 500 meters down Panerių g., and the Partizanų memorialas will be on your right at number 16.
