If you are starting from the Kaunas Old Town, head north towards Maironio Street. Continue straight until you reach Laisvės alėja, one of the main pedestrian streets of Kaunas. Turn left onto Laisvės alėja and walk straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and cafes. The Church of St. Gertrude is located at Laisvės al. 101B on your right-hand side, just after you pass the intersection with Maironio Street.

From the Kaunas Bus Station, you can take bus number 29 or 31. Board the bus and get off at the 'Laisvės al. - Vytauto pr.' stop. From there, walk straight down Laisvės alėja for about 500 meters. The Church of St. Gertrude will be on your left at Laisvės al. 101B. Keep an eye out for the distinctive red brick structure.

If you're renting a bicycle, start from the center of Kaunas and head towards Laisvės alėja. You can cycle straight along this pedestrian-friendly avenue for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the Church of St. Gertrude at Laisvės al. 101B on your right. There are bike racks available near the church where you can securely park your bicycle.
