From Klaipėda city center, head to the bus station located at Sukilėlių g. 10. Take bus number 30 towards Neringa. The bus will take you directly to Neringa Municipality. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop closest to The Dead Dunes. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. After you get off the bus, follow the signs pointing towards The Dead Dunes, which is about a 10-minute walk.
