After the exit, follow the signs for Karklė and proceed until you reach Karklė. Once in Karklė, look for signs to Dutchman's Cap (Olando Kepure) which is located by the coast. There is limited parking available near the site; be prepared for a potential cost of around €2-€5 for parking depending on the season.
