If you are in the center of Panevėžys, start at the city's main square, Vasario 16-osios aikštė. From the square, head east on Savanorių gatvė. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Respublikos gatvė. Turn left onto Respublikos gatvė and walk until you reach the bus station (Panevėžio autobusų stotis). From the bus station, take bus number 4 or 8 heading towards the direction of the Flax Museum. Get off at the stop named 'Stultiskių vejas'. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop—head southwest on Stultiskių gatvė until you reach the museum at the address: 38295 Panevėžys District Municipality. The museum is located near the river and features a traditional mill.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in the city center. Start at the main square, Vasario 16-osios aikštė, and ride east on Savanorių gatvė. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Respublikos gatvė, where you will turn left. Follow Respublikos gatvė to the bus station (Panevėžio autobusų stotis), then take the bike lane towards the river. Cross over the bridge and follow the path along the river until you see signs for the Flax Museum. The total cycling distance is approximately 5 kilometers and will take around 15-20 minutes.
