The windmill is located at the address Panevėžys, 36209 Panevėžys City Municipality.

From the Panevėžys Bus Station, take bus number 5 towards 'Vilkaviškis'. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop named 'S. Daukanto'. Once you get off, walk approximately 500 meters back along S. Daukanto Street. The Panevėžys Windmill will be on your right side before you reach the intersection with Šiaulių Street.
