If you are starting from the Panevėžys Train Station, exit the station and head east on S. Daukanto g. towards the intersection with P. Cvirkos g. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with J. Biliūno g. Turn left onto J. Biliūno g. and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Skaistakalnis Park on your right at J. Biliūno g. 3.

From the main bus station in Panevėžys, take bus number 10 towards 'Skaistakalnis'. The bus will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Skaistakalnio Park stop. Walk back a few steps, and you will see the entrance to Skaistakalnis Park on your left at J. Biliūno g. 3.
