If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Samogitia. Use the A1 highway heading north from the city center. After about 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Zarasai. Continue on the main road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Zarasai. Once in the town, turn onto Maironio street, and follow the signs to the Dominykas Bukontas Monument. There is parking available near the monument.
