If you are traveling by car, start from any point in Samogitia and head towards Vilnius. Use the A1 highway, which is the main route connecting the regions. Once you reach Vilnius, follow the signs towards the city center. After entering the city, navigate to Subačiaus g. 18. You can use a GPS device or a map app for precise navigation. To reach Bastion Hill using public transportation, begin your journey from any location in Samogitia to Vilnius. You can take a bus or a train to Vilnius, which are frequent and affordable options. Upon arriving at Vilnius Bus or Train Station, transfer to local transport. You can take bus number 10 or tram number 1, which will bring you closer to Bastion Hill. Get off at the stop 'Subačiaus' and walk about 5 minutes to reach Subačiaus g. 18.
Walking
If you are already in Vilnius and using public transportation, after alighting at 'Subačiaus' stop, you can walk to Bastion Hill. From the bus stop, head northeast on Subačiaus Street. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you see the entrance to Bastion Hill on your left. The area is pedestrian-friendly, making it a pleasant walk.
