If you are starting from the Šiauliai Train Station, exit the station and head east on J. Basanavičiaus g. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Vilniaus g. Turn left onto Vilniaus g. and walk for about 1.5 km. Bulvaras will be on your right at Vilniaus g. 146.
