If you are starting from the central area of Šiauliai, head south towards Vilniaus Street. Walk along Vilniaus Street until you reach the intersection with Dvaro Street (Dvaro g.). Turn right onto Dvaro Street and continue walking straight. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see Telefonijos muziejus on your left at Dvaro g. 85. The museum is a short walk from the main shopping and dining areas.
