Walking
From the main entrance of Trakai Island Castle, head towards the bridge that connects the castle to the mainland. Cross the bridge and continue on the pathway leading you along the lake. Follow the signs directing you towards Vytauto g. (Vytautas Street). Once you reach Vytauto g., turn right and walk along the street. The Trakai Tower will be located on your right. This walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle from Trakai Island Castle to The Trakai Tower. Exit the castle grounds and head towards the bridge leading to the mainland. After crossing the bridge, follow the cycling path along the lakeshore. Turn right on Vytauto g. and continue until you see The Trakai Tower on your right. This route will take around 10-15 minutes by bike.
Car
If you are driving, park your car at one of the designated parking areas near Trakai Island Castle. From the parking lot, walk towards the bridge leading to the island and follow the same route as mentioned for walking. The Trakai Tower is just a short walk away from the castle, approximately 1 km distance.
Public Transportation
If you arrived in Trakai via public transportation, such as a bus from Vilnius, you will be dropped off at the main bus station in Trakai. From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) to the castle and follow the walking directions to The Trakai Tower or take a local taxi for a quicker journey.
