If you are driving from Vilnius city center, head south on Gedimino prospektas towards Maironio g. Continue straight on Maironio g, which becomes Pylimo g. After about 1.5 km, take the ramp to the A1 highway towards Kaunas. Merge onto A1, and continue for about 11 km. Take the exit towards Vilnius/Pilaitė. To reach Pilaitė Windmill using public transportation, start at the Vilnius Bus Station. Take bus number 53 towards Pilaitė. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Pilaitė' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the windmill. Head east on Žalioji g, then turn left onto Karpinų g.
