If you are starting from the Cathedral Square, head southeast on Šventaragio Street towards the Vilnia River. Continue onto Maironio Street. At the end of Maironio Street, turn left onto Didžioji Street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Church of St. Casimir on your right at Didžioji g. 34.

From the Vilnius Bus Station, take bus number 88 or 3G towards the city center. Get off at the 'Vokiečių' stop. From there, walk along Vokiečių Street towards Didžioji Street. Turn right onto Didžioji Street, and you will find the Church of St. Casimir at Didžioji g. 34.

From the Vilnius Railway Station, take tram number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Naujoji Vilnia' stop. Walk along Gedimino Avenue, then turn left onto Didžioji Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and the Church of St. Casimir will be on your left at Didžioji g. 34.
