If you are driving from the center of Atchafalaya Basin, head southwest on LA-1 S toward Krotz Springs. Continue on LA-1 S for approximately 15 miles. As you approach Krotz Springs, take a left onto Par Rd 3-95. Follow Par Rd 3-95 for about 1 mile, and you will see the entrance to Indian Bayou Trail on your right.
