You can take the RTA bus number 5 from the French Quarter. Board the bus at the stop on Decatur Street near Jackson Square. Ride the bus towards Claiborne Avenue. Get off at the stop at Esplanade Avenue. Walk west on Esplanade Avenue for about 5 minutes, and you will find Denis House at 600 Esplanade Ave on your left.
