If you are in Kirchberg, you can reach Place de la Constitution by walking. Start at the Luxembourg Philharmonie, which is a well-known landmark in Kirchberg. Head south on Avenue John F. Kennedy for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Turn left and continue walking for approximately 800 meters. You will pass by the Parc de la Ville and see the monumental views. Finally, you will arrive at Place de la Constitution, located at 2 Boulevard Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The entire walk takes about 15-20 minutes.

Another option is to take the bus. From Kirchberg, find the nearest bus stop, such as 'Luxembourg, Kirchberg, Parc de l'Europe'. Take bus line 16 towards 'Luxembourg, Gare' and get off at 'Luxembourg, Gare'. The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes. From there, you can either walk to Place de la Constitution, which is about a 15-minute walk, or take another bus line like 1 or 2 that will take you directly to 'Luxembourg, Place de la Constitution'. Be aware that a single bus ticket costs around €2.
