Getting There

Walking
From the center of Vianden, head towards the Vianden Castle. Once you reach the castle, take the path that leads down towards the village square. Continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn left. Follow the main road until you reach the bus stop 'Vianden, Gare'. From here, take the bus number 1 towards Luxembourg City. This will take you directly to Luxembourg City center. Once you arrive in the city, follow signs for the tram station. Take tram line T1 towards 'Luxembourg, P&R Bouillon' and get off at the 'Luxembourg, Glacis' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Pl. de l'Europe. Just follow the road signs and you will arrive at your destination.

To reach Pl. de l'Europe from Vianden, first make your way to the 'Vianden, Gare' bus stop. You can walk there from the center of Vianden, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the bus stop, take bus number 1 towards Luxembourg City. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the 'Luxembourg, Gare' station. From the station, transfer to tram line T1 heading towards 'Luxembourg, P&R Bouillon'. Get off at the 'Luxembourg, Glacis' stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Pl. de l'Europe. Look for directional signs leading you to the square.
