After approximately 12 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the right fork, which leads towards Lake Ravelobe. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers, and you will arrive at Lake Ravelobe, which is a popular bird-watching area. Make sure to check your fuel levels before starting this journey, as fuel stations are limited in the park.

For those relying on public transportation, the nearest town with bus services is Ambondromifehy. From Ambondromifehy, you can find shared taxis (known as 'taxi-brousse') that travel to Ankarafantsika National Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you may need to hire a local guide or arrange for a taxi to take you to Lake Ravelobe, which is about 15 kilometers from the park entrance. Ensure you confirm the fare beforehand, as prices can vary.

If you are already within the boundaries of Ankarafantsika National Park and prefer to walk, you can take one of the marked trails leading to Lake Ravelobe from the park's visitor center.
