From the city center of Antsiranana, head towards Avenue de l'Indépendance. Walk north along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn left onto Rue de la Liberté and continue walking until you reach the junction with Rue Joffre. Turn right onto Rue Joffre. Relais Joffre will be on your left side, just a short walk down this road.
