Start from the center of Diego Suarez at Place de la République. Head north along Avenue de la République. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the road signs that indicate R Joffre. When you reach the intersection with R Joffre, turn right. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will see Place Joffre on your left, marked with a small sign.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near Place de la République. Start at Place de la République and cycle north on Avenue de la République. Maintain a steady pace for approximately 1.5 kilometers, enjoying the sights of Diego Suarez. Turn right onto R Joffre when you reach the intersection. Cycle another 300 meters, and you will arrive at Place Joffre on your left.

Public Transport (Taxi-Brousse)
Head to the nearest Taxi-Brousse station located at the edge of the city center. Look for a Taxi-Brousse heading towards Antsiranana. Inform the driver or conductor that you want to get off at R Joffre. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Once you get off, walk back about 300 meters on R Joffre, and you will find Place Joffre on your left.
