This will take you towards Baie de Sakalava. Keep walking along the road; you will pass several local shops and eateries. After approximately 4 kilometers, you will see signs for Varatraza Wind Riders. The location is along the beachfront area of Baie de Sakalava, and you should be able to spot it easily from the main road.
Bicycle
If you prefer to use a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Diego Suarez. Start at the main marketplace and cycle north towards Avenue de l'Indépendance. Turn right onto Avenue de la République and continue cycling until you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit onto Route Nationale 6. Follow this road for about 4 kilometers. As you get closer to Baie de Sakalava, look for signs directing you to Varatraza Wind Riders. The ride should take about 25-30 minutes. Make sure to stay on the bike lane where available for safety.
