From the center of Fort Dauphin, head towards Avenue de l'Independence. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Unity. Continue straight on Rue de l'Unity for another 10-15 minutes until you reach the RN12 highway.

At the RN12, look for a sign directing you towards Nahampoana Reserve. Follow the signs which will lead you to a path that goes into the reserve area. It's roughly a 30-minute walk from the RN12 junction to the entrance of Nahampoana Reserve.
