Getting There

Walking
From the central part of Anketrabe, head east towards Avenue de la Réunion. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Route de Cirque Rouge. Follow this road for approximately 500 meters until you see signs for CIRQUE ROUGE. The entrance is located on your left. There are no entry fees required for accessing the area.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Anketrabe. Start by heading towards Avenue de la Réunion and cycle east for about 1 kilometer. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Route de Cirque Rouge. Continue cycling for about 500 meters until you see the signs for CIRQUE ROUGE on your left. Ensure your bicycle has good brakes as the route may have some slopes.

Public Transport (Taxi-Brousse)
For a more local experience, take a taxi-brousse from the main station in Anketrabe. Head to the taxi-brousse station and look for a vehicle heading towards Mahajanga. Inform the driver you want to stop at CIRQUE ROUGE. The fare is usually around 1,000 Ariary. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, you may have to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the entrance of CIRQUE ROUGE.
