Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Majunga, head towards Avenue d'Independence. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Réunion. Turn left onto Rue de la Réunion and continue straight until you get to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue des Alliés. Continue on Rue des Alliés for about 1 kilometer, then take a right onto Avenue de la Liberté. Follow Avenue de la Liberté for about 500 meters until you see a sign pointing to Sacré Woods on your left. Enter the path leading into the woods.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central market in Majunga. Cycle towards Avenue d'Independence, then turn left onto Rue de la Réunion. Keep cycling straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue des Alliés and continue for about 1 kilometer. Turn right onto Avenue de la Liberté and cycle for approximately 500 meters. Look for the sign for Sacré Woods on your left, and take the path leading into the woods.

• Public Transport (Taxi-Be)

  Take a Taxi-Be (shared taxi) from the central taxi stand in Majunga. Ask the driver to take you to the area near Avenue de la Liberté. Once you reach your stop, you should be close to the entrance of Sacré Woods. Walk towards the path indicated by signs leading into the woods.
