Getting there

Walking

Start at the center of Toliara, near the Avenue de l'Indépendance. Head south towards the Boulevard de la République. Continue straight until you reach the large roundabout. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rue de la Réunion. Walk along this street for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to Tanambao I on your left. Enter Tanambao I and follow the signs or ask locals for 'Ankilisoafilira'. It's located at the address JMW9+934, approximately 2 kilometers from the roundabout.

Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Toliara. Start at Avenue de l'Indépendance and head towards Boulevard de la République. Cycle straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rue de la Réunion. Continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Turn left into Tanambao I and ride until you reach Ankilisoafilira at JMW9+934. The entire journey should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your cycling speed.

Public Transport (Taxi-Brousse)

Find a taxi-brousse station in Toliara, usually near the main market (Marché de Toliara). Take a taxi-brousse heading towards Tanambao I. Inform the driver you want to get off at 'JMW9+934'. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a short distance (around 500 meters) to find Ankilisoafilira. It's advisable to ask locals for directions if you're unsure.
