Continue on State Street until you reach the intersection with Western Avenue. Turn right onto Western Avenue and walk straight for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Arsenal Street and continue walking until you reach 211 Arsenal St, where Arsenal Wharf is located. The wharf is situated right by the water and offers scenic views.
