If you're starting from the Augusta City Center, head east on Water Street towards the intersection with State Street. Continue straight onto State Street and walk for about 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Cony Street, turn left. Old Fort Western will be on your left at 16 Cony St. It should take you approximately 15-20 minutes to walk there.

From the Augusta City Center, you can take the Kennebec Explorer bus service. Board the bus at the designated stop on Water Street. Confirm with the driver that the bus will take you toward Cony Street. Get off at the Cony Street stop, which is near 16 Cony St. From there, it's just a short walk to Old Fort Western, located on your right.
