Start your journey at the Brunswick Visitor Center located at 16 Station Ave. From the visitor center, head south on Station Ave toward Pleasant St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Maine St. Turn left onto Maine St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Mill St. Turn right onto Mill St and follow it until you reach the end of the street where it meets the Androscoggin River. At the river, turn left onto the walking path that leads toward Lindbergh Landing. Continue along the path until you see signs for Captain Fitzgerald Recreation and Conservation Area. The area will be located on your left.

If you're cycling, start at the Brunswick Town Commons located in the heart of downtown Brunswick. Head south on Pleasant St, then turn right onto Maine St. Follow Maine St until it becomes Mill St. Continue straight until you reach the Androscoggin River.
