If you are driving from Bar Harbor, head southwest on ME-3 S for approximately 9 miles. Merge onto US-1 S and continue for about 6 miles. Turn left onto ME-230 S toward Trenton and drive for about 1.5 miles. Keep an eye out for signs that lead to Kisma Preserve, which is located on your left. There is no entrance fee for Kisma Preserve, but please check their official website for any special events or donations.

If you are using public transportation, take the Downeast Transportation bus from Ellsworth to Trenton. The bus will drop you off at a stop in Trenton. From there, you will need to walk about 1 mile to reach Kisma Preserve. Follow Main Street south until it merges into ME-230 S, and continue walking until you see Kisma Preserve on your left. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for accurate timings.
