Car
If you are driving from Bar Harbor, take Route 3 South towards Ellsworth. After about 12 miles, merge onto US-1 North towards Ellsworth. Continue on US-1 for approximately 6 miles. Then take a left onto ME-184 South, which will take you directly into Lamoine. Follow ME-184 for about 4 miles until you reach Lamoine Beach Road. Turn left onto Lamoine Beach Road, and the park entrance will be on your right after about 1 mile. The park is open daily from 5 AM to 10 PM.

Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited in the Downeast region. However, you can take the Downeast Transportation bus service from Ellsworth to Lamoine. Check the latest schedule on their website for timings. Once you arrive at the nearest stop in Lamoine, you may need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach Lamoine Beach Park, so be prepared for a short hike. Note that there may be costs associated with the bus fare.
